Respect

• Respect the machines. Take care of them. If you get mad, don’t slam the mouse down or bang on the keyboard, just relax. You will respawn in 8 seconds.
• Respect your fellow gamers. People play games to have fun. For a lot of people trash talking and cursing is not fun, so try and keep it clean or at least in good taste.
• Respect all nXLevL employees. What we say goes. We are here for you, and our goal is to keep you happy. If you feel that something unfair has happened or if there is something bothering you talk to a manager.

nXLevL In-House Rules

1. Respect the rights of other customers and nXLevL employees. – This includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, physical threats or hostile acts, unwelcome sexual advances, foul language, racial comments, and personal insults directed toward or in the presence of nXLevL employees or customers.
2. No Drugs or Alcohol – This is a ZERO tolerance policy. Possession and/or consumption of drugs and alcoholic beverages within the facilities is prohibited. No intoxicated or disorderly person shall be allowed to remain on the premises.
3. No outside food or drinks are allowed in the facility – Drinks are available for purchase at the front counter and there is a restaurant right outside our door.
4. No Profanity – This includes language offensive to people’s race, sex and sexual orientation.
5. No Fighting – Simple. No fighting. This is also a ZERO tolerance policy.
6. No Cheating – i.e. using unauthorized scripts, configurations or any other types of cheats.
7. No Hacking – If we find anyone attempting to hack into any computers, or any other equipment on the nXLevL network, you will be evicted and banned.
8. Take care of our equipment – Any intentional damage to equipment and or furniture must be reimbursed.
9. If you spill something let us know immediately – We won’t yell at you, we just need to clean it up.
10. Use the trashcans – Don’t leave trash at the gaming stations and dispose of gum properly.

The violation of these rules is subject to the revocation or suspension of your membership. No refunds will be made on any balance on your account or for the unused portion of your membership. The management reserves the right to alter these rules in any way. It is the sole discretion of management to determine what constitutes a violation of these rules.
