How BRaaSS Works
1Executive Questionnaire & Interviews
After subscribing to a BRaaSS Threat Management Service Plan, C-suite leaders fill out a brief questionnaire designed to better understand the organization and map out their current Critical Areas of Concern. Additionally BRaaSS personnel will interview other key staff and personnel.
2Crisis Risk Strategy Plan
After a thorough review (5-7 days) of the Executive Questionnaire and Interviews; BRaaSS provides a Crisis Risk Strategy Outline for Executive approval; then the BRaaSS team works with Senior Staff to devise a "Living document" with Crisis Risk Strategies for the organization which can be continually updated.
3Threat Monitoring-Collection-Analysis
While step two can continue for up to 6 months; the Crisis Risk Strategy Outline establishes the Intelligence Collection Requirements for the organization. BRaaSS monitors threats for Cyber and Geopolitical Risks from more than 15 sources and collects and corroborates relevant client-specific threat data to be analyzed and processed with generative AI for deeper and alternative insights into the problem set for each client.
4Monthly Deliverable(s) & Weekly Notifiers
Clients receive both a PDF and an online link to Video on Demand (VOD) Monthly Security Risk Intelligence reports. As well as up to 8 additional services which are included to nofify and protect the client and their surrogates/subordinates that work within the Organizations Critical Impact Areas that were previously identified.
5Quarterly Red Teams
Each Quarter, the BRaaSS team reviews the most pertinent and common threats that have occurred during the past quarter and those threats that are likely to occur and TESTs the systems and Crisis Response Strategies put into place by the client with help from the BRaaSS team.
