Bobby L. Sheppard - Managing Principal and CEO
Bobby Sheppard is a proven innovative leader who has served for over 16 years with the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC) and almost a decade as a Federal Law enforcement officer prior to his time within the IC. Mr. Sheppard began his intelligence career with the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency serving as both staff and a contract employee within the agency's Office of Security and Counterterrorism Center respectively.
As dedicated and passionate the Founder of S3 GSG and the TSO program, it has been Mr. Sheppard's vision to be able to blend the best Anti-terrorism physical security practices with hard-won human intelligence analysis, and protocols to produce a tactically superior defense and strategic predictability through analysis.
Now, with the TSO A.I.-driven video analytics and data as the foundation for intelligence collection and layered security, Mr. Sheppard believes he can accomplish this for commercial and public venues, bringing an unprecedented level of ROI and security capabilities to our clients. Mr. Sheppard is a veteran of the U.S. Army National Guard and Operation Noble Eagle, he possesses a master's degree in Cybersecurity and a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland College Park.

Jay Anderson - Managing Partner and EVP
Mr. Jay Anderson is a retired U.S. Army Special Forces Chief Warrant Officer-3, with over 25 years of military experience and 17 years additional experience as a sworn civilian serving as a Federal Law enforcement officer.
As a U.S Special Forces soldier specializing in communication, Mr. Anderson has served overseas in Latin America, Afghanistan, and other locations using his unconventional military skills to teach allied armies how to fight and save lives in counterdrug operations. As a sworn federal law enforcement officer, Mr. Anderson served as a Special Agent specializing in Criminal Intelligence and Investigation. Mr. Anderson now brings these unique combat and law enforcement skills to S3 GSG, applying his Technical know-how and real-world operational expertise to the TSOs AI-driven technologies and to our clients' operating environments.

Mark Edwards- Managing Partner
Mr. Mark Edwards is dedicated professional experienced in multiple leadership roles of responsibility as an Emergency Program Manager , Military Intelligence Officer, and Consultant spanning more than twenty years. A proven track record in high profile missions and programs involving Crisis/Consequence/Combating WMD, Anti-terrorism Assessments, Contract Management, Business Consulting, Information Technology, Government Relations, and Non-Profits. Held Senior level positions with the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, DHS, ODNI, and DIA. A proven advisor and leader who conducted official security and WMD assessments, with key findings and recommendations provided to senior leadership. Continually focused on fostering relationships and promoting collaboration across business units to drive positive change, cohesive, comprehensive business approaches, and enhanced performance. Possesses a comprehensive background in policy implementation, strategic planning, customer service, political affairs, accounting, analysis, and intelligence derived from conducting domestic and global operations.
